Pay Attention: Mid Ohio

There are numerous things worth noting about this weekend’s race at Mid Ohio that bear noting. For example, there’s no freaking way on the planet that we’re going to see a finish decided by point-zero-one-four-sixth bazillionths of a second like we did last week. Such is the glory of road racing.

I think Ed Carpenter summed it up best last week when he said “It just isn’t an IndyCar race if Mario Moraes hasn’t taken someone out.” Actually Ed didn’t say “Moraes”, but I’m fairly certain the word he chose was a play on “Moraes” and not, say, “Mario Andretti”.
