3 Doors Down

(At least, according to TrackForum.com they are.)
Ahhhh, yes. 3 Doors Down. Makes sense, I suppose. Because frankly, when I’m trying desperately to brand my race as a premier global event that’s definitely NOT hanging on to national relevancy (as the critics suggest), I get the big guns. I get the most fantastically non-descript band from a list of just averagely non-descript bands from last decade’s most non-descript rock genre.
I get 3 Doors Down.

I look forward with great anticipation to the moment when Dan Wheldon joins them onstage for a lively version of “Citizen Soldier”, celebrating his National Guard sponsorship.

2009 will be one more year we don’t get to hear TubThumping whilst the sun scalds my Miller Lite glistened shoulders. Better days are surely ahead, friends.

I believe they were chosen b/c two of them have haircuts like most of the metrosexual drivers in the IRL. So fashion forward.
